SCA Pre-Charged

Designed for use with ANY antifreeze/coolant in ANY heavy duty engines used in normal to severe duty cycles and extreme temperature conditions. This product will provide complete protection against freezing, overheating, cavitation erosion, corrosion, scale and foaming without the need of SCAs in the initial fill. Concentration levels should not fall below 40% or exceed 65% by volume.

A blend of antifreeze/coolant and demineralized water designed for use in ANY heavy duty engines used in normal to severe duty cycles and extreme temperature conditions. This product will provide complete protection against freezing, overheating, cavitation erosion, corrosion, scale and foaming with just an easy pour and does not require SCAs in the initial fill. For flush and fill use Prestone Command™ Heavy Duty concentrate.

Prestone Command™ DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid)

Prestone Command™ Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is formulated with high quality urea and pure demineralized water to work with ALL Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)-equipped diesel engines. Prestone Command™ Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is a nontoxic solution of 67.5% water and 32.5% automotive grade urea. It is a stable fluid that is colorless and odorless. Prestone Command™ DEF usage will vary by vehicle. Most OEMs claim usage will equal to 2%-3% of diesel fuel consumption. On average, this amounts to one gallon of DEF to every 50-75 gallons of fuel. Check owner's manual for proper usage in your vehicle. DEF does not require special handling. DEF reacts with certain metals such as aluminum, copper and brass. Therefore, only place DEF in storage tanks and dispensing equipment made of stainless steel or high density polyethylene.

DEF is a consumable component of SCR equipped trucks.  SCR allows the engine manufacture to tune the engine for increased fuel efficiency while remaining in compliance with Federal emissions requirements.
