Tom Corrigan serves as the Director of EV Technology for Prestone® Products Corporation. A PhD scientist and electric vehicle expert with experience in thermal management, battery chemistry, and hydrogen fuel cell technologies, he utilizes his specialty chemical and industry experience to drive the development of technology to enable fast paced electric vehicle advancement at Prestone.
Prior to his role at Prestone, Tom was the Technology Development Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation, focused on battery thermal management and liquid immersion cooling. Previously, he worked as a Research Chemist for Lubrizol, where he supported the technical and commercial development of both core and transformational businesses within the company. Tom chaperoned the transition of new products for transportation applications from R&D laboratory to full production and plant manufacturing and served as project lead for several transformative activities focused on clean energy.
He holds a PhD in organic chemistry from Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Bowling Green University in Ohio.
